Enhancing Label Quality

However, after upgrading to UV LED printing, this proportion decreased to less than 2%. The UV LED lamp cures the ink instantly, preventing blurring and blooming, resulting in clearer and crisper text and graphics on the labels.

Improving Durability

Fruit labels require water resistance and durability to ensure they remain intact during fruit transportation and storage. Based on feedback from customers, labels produced using traditional printing methods experienced a quality decline of around 20% after being soaked in water for 10 hours. In contrast, when LED UV curing solution was applied, this proportion decreased to less than 5%.
